Greetings Jaguar Families,
We want to keep you informed of up to the minute changes we are making to increase in person learning opportunities for students. We are thrilled to announce that we will be able to welcome all in person students back to the building on April 6th. We will no longer have a hybrid model or A/B cohorts. All students who selected in person will be able to attend Merrill M-F from 9 am to 2 pm. Virtual Office hours will still take place daily from 3-3:30.
Remote students will remain remote for the rest of the school year. We do not have the capacity to accept any remote students back to in person for the remainder of the year.
We will still have 3 feet social distancing for our students and all classrooms have been measured to ensure we can accommodate this amount of space. Students will eat lunch and have recess outside daily. We will be outside unless it is inclement weather or extreme cold. Please help your student monitor the weather and dress appropriately to be outside.
CMAS testing for in person learners who are not opting out will take place beginning Tuesday, April 13th. CMAS testing for remote students will begin Friday, April 9th, at Merrill.
Again all students who selected in person will be able to return to Merrill April 6th! We’re thrilled to have a strong conclusion of our school year with our students back in person.
