Library Media Center- The mission of the LMC is to promote the love of reading, reinforce effective reading strategies, develop information literacy skills and provide students with an introduction to using computer-based technologies as educational tools. With over 5,000 books and 30 computers, Merrill’s LMC is focused on serving our diverse student population. The LMC offers fiction at all reading levels and nonfiction titles are chosen carefully to ensure they support the DPS curriculum as well as reflect the interests of the students.
