Attendance Policy

To be Prompt and Productive is to be at school and in class on time, every day.  Parents/guardians and students share the responsibility for attending school promptly. Daily attendance is critical to the student’s learning and academic success.

If a student is absent due to illness or family emergency, the parent/guardian should call the attendance number and inform the school of the reason for the absence. Students may not call in an absence.   If the parent does not call in, the school will call the family to inform them of the absence.  The attendance hotline is (720) 424-0605

Students who are absent are still responsible for all missed assignments.  No assignments are ever automatically excused due to absence.   It is the student’s responsibility to get and to complete the missed assignments within one week of return to school.
