School Expectations Students are expected to follow these five school expectations in order to exert effort and focus on academic achievement. Teachers are expected to teach and reinforce these expectations. At Merrill we will always maintain our: Fairness Ownership Community Understanding Safety Our FOCUS will apply in every classroom, office, hallway, in the lunchroom, and throughout the school building, before, after and during school hours.
