Each year, the Mayor of Denver honors Denver Public School students as Mile High Scholars in a city-wide ceremony. Students are selected by the principal and faculty of their school for modeling good leadership, respect for self, others, and the school environment, and for supporting their peers.
This year’s honorees were Paradise Frank and Macey Walker. Both students are 8th graders and will be continuing on to South High School next year. It was an amazing ceremony and we share a heightened sense of pride with Paradise and Macey’s families. Congratulations to you both!
